POWERFUL EXCHANGE– Our recent team visit to Sera Jey Monastery in India was a powerful exchange of ideas, experiences and practices — blending centuries of meditation practice with today’s brain science.


BRAIN & SERA JEY SCIENCE CENTER

At the Sera Jey Science Center, we shared insights on how the brain changes & we conducted brain activity recordings during deep meditation and learned how monks integrate discipline, focus, and philosophy into daily life.


We also joined in celebrating the Tibetan New Year — a reminder that research is also about connection and shared experience.


FORCE FOR GOOD

This visit deepened our mission to connect modern science with ancient traditions — for better mental health and human performance.We would like to express our gratitude to monks Geshe Ngawang Sherab, Jampa Gyaltsen, Jampa Soepa and many others for their warm reception.
