Live from Japan. We led a very significant talk & Q&A on Silence of Mind & Quantified Meditation.

Streamed live from the Lab of Prof Ken Mogi & Prof Akashi Ikegami at the University of Tokyo.

We will continue the co-research to empower the scientific and public understanding of the Silent Mind approach.

Utilizating Brain Imaging Technologies , Scientific analysis, allows us to track Reduction of Mind Wandering via Focal Attention route, One Directional Thought, Leading from Mindfulness to Stable Mind, eventually to a Silent Mind, free of distractions & fluctuations.

The Talk & the Q&A also covered how Reducing mind wandering and inducing a Silent Mind point to activation & deactivation of certain brain areas, such as Posterior Cingulate Cortex (PCC), Default Mode Network as well as others, paving the way for understanding the works of the brain with respect to the cognition of Self.

Stay tuned for further updates on how this Swiss and Japanese scientific collaboration will lead the pioneering research on Silent Mind.
